Franzl’s Franks introduces the Käsekrainer to LA’s streets.

What is a käsekrainer? This sizable sausage, filled with emmentaler cheese and stuffed inside a toasted baguette, explodes with flavor with each bite. The sausage’s recipe was developed in coordination with a local Austrian and James Beard Award winning chef. At 9" it offers incredible value and delicious taste. The käsekrainer’s convenient one-handed eating style eliminates the need for silverware or plates, minimizing waste and making it easily portable. Franzl’s Frank is perfect for a substantial meal or a drunken snack.

Franzl’s Franks believes that we should be out, proud, and serve fiercely and unapologetically. In that vein, a portion of the profits goes to local LGBTQ+ advocacy groups, making Franzl’s Franks not just about serving food, but also about serving our community.  Our contributions are generously matched by the Edward F Limato Foundation.
